Once your return and warranty policies are setup, just point your customers to the customer portal in your return policy pages, faqs, and emails. Your customers will now be submitting return and warranty requests via Corso!
Claim Resolution
Crew can automate much of your post-purchase workload. But sometimes there are claims that need to be reviewed. Use the admin to quickly accept or deny the customer’s request when a manual review is needed.
